I have and am still using Jitsi. While it is not ideal and sometimes super crashy, when it works, it works great. On top of it all, the connection is encrypted, so you can use whichever code words you want. I disagree with that ^ though. *Especially* if there is nothing there that will interest them, no-one has any business listening in on you. Excusing that behavior doesn't do anyone any good.
