Re: [PLUG] "Most Secure" heh heh |
Microsoft is having a laugh but in fairness- they say that for every OS they release. If you lie long enough you start to believe it yourself. :D We know better here but I do worry about the sheeple that believe them. I don't think Win 10 has been out long enough to make such a claim so perhaps there is a problem with sales... **side non-techie thought** Is it time to short Microsoft? ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Keith C. Here too the Avecto study found that the majority of Windows 10 vulnerabilities (93 percent) could be mitigated by removing admin rights. https://www.scmagazine.com/block-admin-rights-to-avoid-ms-flaws-report/article/640393/ ___________________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group -- http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements - http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion -- http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug ___________________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group -- http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements - http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion -- http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
