[PLUG] [plug-announce] Cancelling PLUG North tomorrow 3/14 due to weather

The PLUG North meeting that was scheduled for Tuesday, March 14
has been cancelled due to the predicted inclement weather. Even 
if the snowfall is lighter than expected, freezing rain is also
expected, so travel conditions are likely to be poor.
