I work at 1and1.com and i managed to get virtualbox running on one of our cloud servers. You must use nat and not bridged networking and our cloud platform runs on vmware. If you are interested we have datacenters in Kansas, Germany and Spain.Cheers, MichaelOn May 21, 2017 9:52 AM, "Casey Bralla" <MailList@nerdworld.org> wrote:This is a follow-up to my request for hosting company recommendations.
I want to run multiple virtual servers using VirtualBox on a hosted server.
I had assumed I could rent a virtual server instead of a dedicated server
because my performance needs are very modest.
However, will VirtualBox run under a KVM or Xen-based virtual machine on a
commercial server?
