You could post to the list your resume. I did, and I got feedback. Resumes apparently are very important.  I've never used one. At the moment I can't get to HR, or if I do it doesn't really reflect what I can do, leaving it rejected. I can't even get to the interview step. Like i said, I would post the resume here asking for feedback. You will get it.

I'm looking for a new developer or DevOps job, but I suspect that my
resume is either not interesting or too confusing for recruiters.

Can any of you refer me to someone who can tell me where I'm messing up
