[PLUG] PLUG North CANCELED tonight

I was just chatting with Jon on the PLUG IRC channel. He says they
just have a skeleton crew at Coredial today, and that he can't stay
late. Because of that and today's ongoing nasty weather we've decided
to cancel tonight's meeting. I'll push my talk back to the March
meeting at North.
