[PLUG] user's mail not being delivered, odd error


They eventually resolved it, more than 24 hours after I filed the ticket. They said it was a perms-related problem, which doesn't make any sense to me. I certainly hadn't touched anything.

If it was related to an update, it should have affected all mail accounts, not just one. I will be contacting them for more info, I'm concerned this could happen again.
