I haven't run mythtv in a long time, but I do use an hdhomerun as well. You may need to rescan the channels on the hdhomerun UI (at http://192.168.nn.95-0:5000).  That's all I have to do when the frequencies change since my dvr software uses the channel number (i.e., 6.1 for ABC etc) instead of frequency.
