Huh, I didn't think LVM did RAID...  These are so old maybe it didn't 
when I set them up.  I will keep that in mind for next time.

I didn't think I needed to worry about `grub-install` because GRUB is 
already installed and working on both sda and sdb (since original 
install), and I did do `update-grub`.

So it sounds like I'm as good as I'm going to get for now...  I'll test 
a local one Real Soon Now and hope the remote one either just stays up 
or works.
