[PLUG] March meetings

Hi everyone,

Our next Central meeting will be Wednesday, March 3. We haven't had
any volunteers to give a talk, so it will be General Discussion/Q&A.

During some discussion after last month's North meeting, I felt that
C++ was being unfairly maligned. As a result I'd like to volunteer to
give a talk on why C++ doesn't suck. This will be at North on March 9.

I'll update the website and send out more official announcements when
I have time, hopefully this evening.
