[PLUG] Disable the Windows print spooler to prevent hacks, Microsoft tells customers


Looks like Microsoft still hasn't fixed that print spooler vulnerability:

TBH I'm not even sure I *can* print from my Win10 VM, but I shut it
down the other day for a QEMU update and didn't bother restarting it
since I haven't been working from home much the past few weeks. I
think I might just leave it down until they get this fixed.
