Good news: I can now boot into either Win 10 or Ubuntu.

Soooooooooooooooo... how to change my GRUB2 settings so that it properly
handles both options? Or, for that matter, to change Windows 10's Boot
Mangler settings. I ask b/c none of the "easy" options work- update-grub
doesn't work, nor do any of the programs to edit Boot Mangler settings.

I do not know about Ubuntu but on RedHat systems if you load the ntfs modules
and then re-run the grub config thing, it will detect the win 10 OS without
any modifications to the GRUB2 config. I cannot remember if I had to reboot
and then re-run the GRUB2 config or if installing the packages was sufficient.

Might be worth a shot. :-)
