What does "doesn't work" mean? Does it not detect the windows? Does it generate any Grub entry for Windows at all? If yes, can you post it? If all fails you could use the FreeBSD boot selector which lives in the boot sector (no partition) and allows you to boot different partitions with F1, F2 and so on. I'm not offhand sure how to get the bootloader installed if you don't have FreeBSD.
