I agree, there is some good stuff in there.  But this is the most awesome list I've seen, just came across it in an also awesome (so far) book.

If anyone is wondering why I'm suddenly posting about a bunch of new books, if's because I've been playing around on the https://learning.oreilly.com/ (used to be Saferi books online) site.  I got a new phone and it's just barely big enough to make reading books like this on it not totally unbearable.  So I've gone a little nuts...  (Which will surprise no one who knows me. :)  Actually, reading the book is OK, reading the examples is...pretty bad.  But since it's all just for fun I can go figure the examples out, or grab stuff off Github or whatever if I need to know.
