I've used Ventoy for quite a bit. Some notes:

- An ISO booted via Ventoy cannot access the partition the ISO is on.
  There is no workaround.

- To gain access to the ISO partition, you can boot a LiveISO that
supports "toram", then remove and re-insert the USB stick.

- Be sure to use Ventoy's "reserve space" feature so you have another
partition on the USB stick to work with. This is useful for having
various tools that don't come with any of your ISOs.

- Persistence works! I use it heavily with Lubuntu.

- A persistence file can be enlarged. I made a fairly large file.

- It's nice to be able to back up a single persistence file to a spare
stick. Imagine preparing a stick and handing it to someone or
distributing the persistence file with your preferred setup.

My daily driver of Linux is done this way. I can move my setup
anywhere. With USB 3 gen2 it's crazy fast. I use a solid state stick
for more assurance of quality.
