It's a few blocks from campus, but it's close to where a lot of students live, so who knows? It wouldn't be too much of a detour for LUCY to swing by there since it already stops right outside of the VA Hospital. As for the subject, I wouldn't say "forever". We just need some other place to agree to let us use their space.
