If somebody has a 12+TB NVMe with good lifetime remaining I'd be happy to swap you one of my 12TB 5400RPM HDDs with 5yrs of uptime - it might or might not have intermittent interface issues. (Seriously though I'm not super-interested in a swap but I'm happy to look at giveaways.) I also have a Ceph intro I could give on short notice, though if somebody else wants to do a talk I'd love to give them priority as I've given an in-person presentation this year already.
