The discussion from a few weeks ago was that we'd be meeting in person
at Coredial, and that we'd have some sort of swap table. Are we still
on? If so, can someone suggest some rules for how the swapping will
work?

Well, I'm happy to get together if only to have an excuse to go out
and eat afterwards, and chat. If somebody has a 12+TB NVMe with good
lifetime remaining I'd be happy to swap you one of my 12TB 5400RPM
HDDs with 5yrs of uptime - it might or might not have intermittent
interface issues. (Seriously though I'm not super-interested in a
swap but I'm happy to look at giveaways.)

I also have a Ceph intro I could give on short notice, though if
somebody else wants to do a talk I'd love to give them priority as
I've given an in-person presentation this year already. It is a
relatively light intro - there is so much to Ceph that diving too deep
into any part of it is a talk in itself.

Somebody pestered me to do something about FreeBSD, and I'm overdue on yapping about it especially at an in-person meeting anyway, so I can also do a Q&A of sorts about what's new, etc. Definitely need an excuse to be with everyone at least.
