Hi, To assist beta testers and developers when porting to new platforms, a perl script test suite for tcptraceroute for is now available at: http://michael.toren.net/code/tcptraceroute/compatibility/tcptra-testsuite.pl It queries the local system for the output of "uname -a", the version of tcptraceroute being tested, the version of libpcap and libnet it was compiled against, and weather or not it can successfully trace to the loopback address, to the host michael.toren.net, and to the local source address used to reach michael.toren.net. Additionally, it records the linklayer type being utilized. A compatibility matrix of platforms tcptraceroute has been successfully tested on can be found at: http://michael.toren.net/code/tcptraceroute/compatibility/ If you have access to a platform of an architecture, operating system, or linklayer type not represented in the matrix, and are successfully able to compile and execute tcptraceroute, please download the test suite and send it's output to mct@toren.net. Thanks! -mct _______________________________________________ tcptraceroute-dev mailing list tcptraceroute-dev@netisland.net https://lists.netisland.net/mailman/listinfo/tcptraceroute-dev
