I agree.  There's a bunch of stuff in the same area:

    Shula's (37th and Chestnut)
    Mad 4 Mex (35th and Walnut)
    Abners (38th and Chestnut)
    Cav's (39th and Sansom)
    there's also a spanish restaurant a block north of ISI, whose name 
I forget, but it's nice too.
