While I like the food in Mad Mex, I almost always find the music there
too loud. I once asked the waitress to turn the music down, and after a
few minutes she came back claiming they could not find the volume button.
Last year at YAPC, we had a similar problem at the Mad Mex in Pittsburg.
Just too loud to be able to talk, and plain refusal to turn down the music.
