You've given us the equivalent of "this doesn't work". We can't really diagnose a problem like that, and to give advice on such a lack of information would be unwise and dangerous. I forgot to mention that their support *is* excellent, and is one of the main things that makes them awesome--otherwise I wouldn't have pointed you at them so quickly.
