Re: [PLUG] [plug-announce] Tue Mar 10 - PLUG North - (7 pm at SkySwitch)

On a tangentially related note, if you lost your jacket last night, it's been found and placed in locker #19 in Franklin. I can arrange to have it returned, or we can hold it there for retrieval at the next meeting.

Thanks everyone that could come out. It was fun but not enough on topic or to plan. I will reach out to Bill to see if I can work with him and Tom (current bot owners and experts) on a better hands on experience with Open Claw and better structured talk.

I didn't even get home yet after the post talk optional meetup of his main Open Claw instance is busy replicating himself. I look forward to discussing this all again in the future. So even tonight we're actively building and pushing Open Claw. I will see what we can do to maybe get an instance on IRC.

What is unique tonight was a crash course in local and frontier LLM use with OpenCode and costs. I really appreciate the immediate feedback and am open to more feedback for any future talks on this subject. If anyone is on this list from CIALUG, we did dive a bit further but faster with self hosting LLM's.

Again, thank you everyone and I look forward to any discussions. If anyone is sick of AI talk, I totally can empathize and feel free to reach out as some these topics can be equally as frustrating as polarizing.

Hi Will,

Thanks for volunteering! Unfortunately I probably won't be able to
make the meeting tonight, but I look forward to seeing you present it
in the future.
