[PLUG] Quick favor: Hunting for an office copier for our nonprofit!

I hope you’re all having a great week!

I’m reaching out because our nonprofit is getting ready to tackle a mountain of paperwork. We have a massive archiving project coming up where we need to scan about 2,000 pages into a single PDF, and we also need to start printing out our own colorful, high-quality flyers for upcoming marketing campaigns.

To pull this off without breaking our budget at a local print shop, we are on the hunt for a reliable, used, or refurbished commercial-grade office copier (the big freestanding floor models, ideally something like a Sharp MX or Ricoh MP/IM series).

We're looking for something with:

• A big automatic paper feeder on top (holds 100+ sheets so we don't have to load it page by page).
• An internal hard drive that can handle compiling huge files without crashing.
• Great color laser printing that can handle thick flyer paper.

Do you happen to know anyone whose company is currently upgrading their office equipment? Or maybe you know a local dealer or liquidator with a reliable machine gathering dust in their warehouse?

Since we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we would love to buy one at a fair price, but we are also more than happy to provide a tax write-off receipt if a business is open to donating an off-lease unit!
