I should also mention that there's a pretty neat new Rails installer out
there for OS X folks:

   http://locomotive.sourceforge.net/

I haven't tried it yet, but I think it may actually do a one-click
install of everything -- including the Ruby patch (Tiger shipped with a
busted Ruby version).
