Yep. Site5 got back to me, and this part was my fault (surprise!). In trying to get it working, I overwrote my environment.rb with one from my dev environment, so it was looking for the dev database which didn't exist. So first it was the need to freeze rails/gems then I had to fix the
environment.rb that I broke in the course of trying other things.
Only issue now is that it's really slow - and I'm not sure why.
