[PhillyOnRails] Save the Date: Thursday, October 5th

Hey Everybody,

I'm still waiting on a room confirmation, but it looks like our next
meeting is going to be Thursday, October 5th.

I'll send out an official announcement as soon as everything is locked
down.  I'm also going to try to get a headstart on organizing the
November and December meetings so that we can continue to meet early in
the month to avoid all the holidays.
