| Just a FYI about a client I'm hosting at Site5, I just got a call about their site being down. I checked it out and yup, it was down. Some how, some way, the ruby processes got out of control and went over the 5 processes max and just stopped working. I don't know why they don't have a script to automatically kill everything when it gets like this, but here is what my shell looked like for two basic apps I have deployed with them.

It generally isn't an issue but I've had problems where I needed to email tech support a few times (which respond very promptly btw). They have great tutorials and a very helpful community.
