I've had sites hosted there for a while. I originally had some issue with their one of their reseller machines being overloaded but it's been giving me good results for about a year now. I've been with a lot of hosting companies over the years large and small and I'd say Site5 just fine. I think they are just suffering growing pains right now do to massive marketing success. That's a good thing for Site5 customers in the long run.
