*tsk, tsk*  The best cheesesteak in Philly is from this wonderful
little cart on the corner of 23rd and Market, right next to the Peco
building.  Now, there are two carts on that corner, the good one is
the one sitting on 23rd, and the proprietor is named Sean.  If you
tell him I sent you, you might even get a free bag of pretzels in the
deal ;)

Hmm, I know of one in the northeast, but "in Mayfair" is about as
close as my feeble mind can recall.
