			     The Vision

It's a warm summer evening in July 2001. Tony Luke,
Philadelphia resident, decides to enjoy the evening
outdoors. He brings along his laptop so he can catch up on
his personal email. Rittenhouse Square is full of families
with children, residents taking a stroll, and tourists
enjoying the scene. He finds a bench, sits down, opens his
laptop, and magically, he is on the Internet.

If anyone in phl.pm would be interested in contributing
manpower, let me know, and i'll put you on the list of
volunteers. People who actively use rittenhouse square are
especially welcome as alpha testers.
