Even though I live and work in California (two years next month) I
continue to use DCANet in Wilmington Delaware to host the Geek Cruises
site. They've been excellent -- for three continuous years. Both price
and service is fantastic (including returning phone calls). On their
site (http://www.dca.net) they talk about their DSL service (I use
Pacific Bell, the local telephone company, and they're excellent but I
doubt they'd provide service back East) so if I lived in your area
DCANet be the first (and only) company I'd call.
