I've gotten the pricing info, and it looks pretty good. Here it is: ---------- For three meals/day, overnight accommodation (to include a/c and linen service) and use of our facilities for 2004, our rate will be $51 per person per day. This does not include audio/visual equipment rental, incidental conference expenses such as xeroxing, long-distance phone calls, or things of that nature. The price for meals, separate will probably be $6 for breakfast, $8 for lunch and $10 for dinner. The price for housing separately will be $27 per night Our lecture halls will rent for $250 per day, our smaller seminar rooms and classrooms will rent for $100 per day and Thomas Great Hall and/or our theatre will rent for $500 per day. These prices are charged to groups who do not sleep on campus. Our a/v department will not charge additional for equipment that exists in the room on campus. Neither Great Hall nor our theatre our "smart", technologically speaking, so any equipment is those spaces will have to be rented. Typically, a date projector is $200 per day, with a price break for a three day rental. We also can rent laptops but we find that many presenters bring their own. -------- I hadn't been planning to put in an actual bid; I was looking this up from an earlier request. It looks like we might be a little late, but only by a couple days, so maybe thay'll still let us bid. Is there anyone who wants to follow up? Dominus? Cheers. Lawrence D.P.
