I'll add two points to that: 1. It's a pretty long walk (20-30 minutes) to the Route 100 station from Bryn Mawr's campus, and you've got to walk through the R5 station to get there. 2. I saw a report over the weekend that Septa's planning on replacing the elevated tracks from 40th to 69th St. starting next summer. That would mean shuttle buses and most likely longer travel times. But of course the R5 is nearly double the price -- $3.75 one-way instead of $1.90. Perhaps they have deals on group train tickets? Walt Attachment:
