Your "wet weather" problems could be caused by a "wet splice". One of the
connections to your home on the outside could be getting wet when it rains.
If you have a d-mark box on the side of your house, ask Bell to check the
connections there. This is a common Bell problem. If the bad splice or tap
is somewhere else between you and the Bell Central Office, it could be a
bear to find.
