I'm assuming that hdb is your entire Linux system, and that all of the
other drives are dedicated to Winbloze?

If that is true you need to edit your fstab and lilo.conf files, along
with rerunning lilo.  Lilo exists on your hda drive and tries to boot
Linux from your hdb drive.
