Here's what I would like you to do: After connecting, confirm the connection by typing 'ifconfig' In addition to the LAN you should be able to see that the ppp connection is up and running. If that looks ok type 'route -n' you should see two entry points to the ppp interface, the host and the default. If you do not see two entries in the table we will need to look at your startup files. If that is ok try 'ping'ing the host using the P-t-P number from ifconfig. Next try 'ping'ing another host that is always up like... ftp.cdrom.com I suspect that you will not make it this far so I will stop here. Please try these things and get back to me with the results. I will keep your config files for reference. I don't see anything blaring at me other than you have not supplied a net mask. Any reason for that? (I'm not a networking specialist... just another hacker (-: ) Also, do you have any other options enabled in your options file? Roger C.
