I'm using GNOME with WindowMaker on Debian, and I love it. I've
installed all the latest Debian packages (which, unfortunately, have
_still_ not caught up to 1.0), and I've installed a few newer pieces
from sources.

I found it very easy to install (of course, installing Debian
packages is always a piece of cake). Installing the source components
was easy but time-consuming. The source components co-exist nicely
with the Debian packages.

    Two thumbs up.

    Peace,
