I am using the newest version of gnome right now and I love it. The co-existence with Enlightenment make the combination a must have. The amount of configurability plus the vast number of applications that are developed for gnome make it a definite keeper. Gnome is a bit of a hastle to install with all the dependencies. I found the easiest way is to grab ALL the files from the gnome ftpsite and rpm them one by one until you get them all done. It works perfectly after that. I am starting to program in Gnome and I find it very simplistic. I would not be surprised if Gnome turns out to be the consistent API for Linux in the future. ************************************************************** * * Link Nguyen * * This space for rent * Box F-319 * * * ICQ #5737459 * * * http://www.lehigh.edu/~lvn2 * ************************************************************** -- To unsubscribe, send a message with the word 'unsubscribe' in the subject or body of your message to plug-request@lists.nothinbut.net
