Ah Ha! I want to second this. I've been to a few of the meetings downtown but stopped going due to the lack of reasonable parking & cost/hours of the train. Conshy is a reasonable compromise. I could religiously attend at a location such as this. PS. I'm not quite sure where the Lee Park complex is, but there are many fine restaurants in Conshy.
