The caching dns wasn't working terribly well; it needed to be
restarted at random points, and I didn't really know enough to work
with it properly.  The only reason I was using it was because the dns
I used (which World Access no longer seems to tell people to use) was
unreliable.  The ips they gave me seem to work for now, and hopefully
they won't change them any time soon.
