A week or 2 ago I thought you mentioned you were running your own DNS caching server. If you are running your own, you don't need worldaxes.com DNS servers. You need 127.0.0.1 or your IP in /etc/resolv.conf Another alternative is tell your pro MS ISP that you don't run MS and you need some DNS IP's. I know the guy who started worldaxes and he is very pro MS. He also idolizes Bill Gates and boasts of how he got a return email from him once.
