Your IP configuration appears to be good. Check the following: 1) Make sure that both cables connecting the computers to the hub are straight-through cables. 2) Make sure that the cables are not damaged. 3) Make sure that if your hub has an "uplink" port on it, that either you're not plugging any cables into it or that it's set to "normal" rather than "uplink".
