[Plug] Oracle bug, DBI & sqlplus core dump, segmentation violation 

Has any Oracle 8.0.5 users dealt with the Oracle bug that causes core
dumps when using SQLPlus and other stuff.  It also affects DBI.  We
installed the glibc patch for RedHat 6.0 to no avail.  Any suggestions?
