Sorry, I confused telnetd & getty.

If your people are logging in w/ getty (not telnetd, which they aren't),
then, as I said in a previous email, modify your /etc/inittab based on the
example that comes w/ ttysnoop:

# example /etc/inittab (using agetty):
# s2:23:respawn:/sbin/getty 38400 ttyS2 vt100 -l /usr/sbin/ttysnoops
