[Plug] Netscape Problem

Often when I am filling out a form that has a drop down list (such as
for State) I have problems.  After selecting I am unable to enter or
edit any further fields.  Anyone have this happen, know how to
resolve/recover?  I am using RH 6.0 and Netscape 4.7.
