[Plug] plug web message board thing

I'd like to kill it for 2 reasons:

1) it seems counterproductive to be carrying on our conversations in 2
seperate areas (web & mailing list) when I think this medium (mailing
list) is plenty appropriate.

2) it seems quite dead -- almost none of the posts have gotten responces,
so it seems that it would mostly serve to frustrate new people & convince
them that we are of no help.

Arguments for/against ?
