[Plug] PADS / debian packaging LAME & ripperX

At the last PADS (Debian) meeting, there was discussion of finding an
unpackaged program & packaging it.  I just found a pair of programs that
I'd be interested in seing packaged:

LAME: http://www.sulaco.org/mp3/
ripperX: http://adam.kaist.ac.kr/~wineking/ripperX/

LAME is a wav to mp3 encoder.
ripperX is a frontend to cdparanoia (cd to wav extractor) and various mp3
encoders, including LAME.
