A little something I picked up on Slashdot... an article entitled "Strange Bedfellows: Microsoft will own 4% of Corel/Inprise" http://AboutLinux.com/art_mslinux_d.html The upshot of this is that last June MS payed Inprise $100 million to license some of their software, and an additional $25 million to purchase stock. ObLinux: In case you've been under a rock, Corel has released a Linux distribution based on Debian GNU/Linux which they're calling "Corel Linux OS." ;) Certainly an interesting turn of events...
