[PLUG] Board instead of list

Hi,
It seems that the mailing list has many people that have different opinions on
what the list should be. Even this current discussion has opinions that
posts about Microsoft should not be there while others say it is fine.

The name of this group is the Philadelphia Linux Users Group. There is no
specific statement of what should or shouldn't be posted. I figure I live in
Philadelphia, I use Linux and some of what I think may be of interest to other
users, especially if it is computer related and Linux could be used instead of
another OS or if it is about Linux specifically. If I receive a question I know
the answer to, I try answer, or I may ask a question. If the post has no
meaning to me I delete it.

Maybe a web board should be created instead of using the mailing list. The
board could have specific areas.

For example:

Technical questions
Interface
Networking
General computer discussions
Literally anything that the group comes up with.

The main list can then be what the current announce list is. Used for upcoming
meetings and events.

Any thoughts?

Tom
